These options vest annually over a three year period, with (i) 100,000 of the options vested on the date of the grant, December 27, 2023, (ii) 100,000 options vesting on July 1, 2024, and (iii) 100,000 options vesting on July 1, 2025, subject to Mr. Boehmler's continuing services for the Company in the capacity in which the grant was received on each applicable vesting date.
