Bihua Chen is the manager of the Reporting Person and is the managing member of each of the three members of the Reporting Person and has voting and investment discretion with respect to the ordinary shares held of record by Reporting Person. Ms. Chen disclaims any beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Reporting Person other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest she may have therein, directly or indirectly.
