Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 3, 2025, the Company deposited $15,000 into the Company’s trust account in order to further extend the amount of time it has available to complete a business combination to August 18, 2025. The Company can extend the time available to complete a business combination on a semi-monthly basis, by depositing $15,000 for each semi-month extension, until October 18, 2025.
