On August 26, 2025, Allarity Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced in a press release that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted Fast Track designation to stenoparib, the Company’s investigational treatment for patients with advanced ovarian cancer. The Company’s press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
