The following numbers of outstanding options and warrants of the Company have been exercised in the period February 1 through July 31, 2025: stock options covering 20,055 shares of common stock for a total exercise price of $44,206; public warrants (NTRBW) to purchase 47,076 shares of common stock for a total purchase price of $302,699; and warrants to purchase 778,041 shares of common stock exercised by private investors, for a total exercise price of $5,002,804.
