Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On September 15, 2025, Muzinich Corporate Lending Income Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The following two proposals were voted on at the meeting: (1) to elect two (2) Class III directors of the Company to the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) to serve for a term of three (3) years, or until their respective successor is duly elected and qualified; and (2) to ratify the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

Stockholders of record at the close of business on August 25, 2025 were entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. As of August 25, 2025, there were 94,605 shares of common stock of the Company outstanding and entitled to vote. A quorum consisting of 91,413 shares of common stock of the Company were present or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting.

The final voting results for each of the proposals submitted to a vote of stockholders at the Annual Meeting are set forth below. All of the proposals were approved by the requisite vote.
