On October 6, 2025, NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary, unaudited financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
