Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 10, 2025, Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025 on Monday, November 10, 2025 after the close of financial markets, and that it will host an earnings conference call on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to review its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
