Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 27, 2025, Ramaco Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its Board has approved the pursuit of an initiative to establish a national strategic stockpile of rare earth elements and critical minerals at its Brook Mine facility in Wyoming. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
