On October 27, 2025, Ramaco Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2025 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
