On October 28, 2025, Purple Biotech Ltd. (the “Company” or the “Registrant”) announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Israel time at the Company’s executive offices at 4 Oppenheimer Street, Science Park, Rehovot, Israel.
