Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 30, 2025, Ramaco Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company has signed a multi-task Umbrella Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
