On February 18, 2026, Allarity Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the first patients have been dosed with stenoparib and temozolomide in the VA-funded investigator-initiated Phase 2 trial for the treatment of relapsed small cell lung cancer. The Company’s press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
