The VMTP Shares were disposed of by way of a sale to a third party for a purchase price of $100,214.739723451 per share (which includes a liquidation preference of $100,000.00 per share and accrued dividends of $214.739723451 per share). RBBCM is a wholly owned subsidiary of RBC.
