Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On January 5, 2023 Director Lily Tapia tendered her resignation in writing as a Director of American Metals Recovery and Recycling Inc to the Company. The resignation as a Director was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operation, policies or practices.
