The RSUs were issued pursuant to the Amended and Restated EMCORE Corporation 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. The RSUs vest as to all of the underlying shares on the first anniversary of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through the vesting date.
