Employee Stock Ownership Plan at the effective time of the merger were exchanged for 1.1743 shares of Kentucky First Federal Bancorp common stock. The ESOP was terminated immediately prior to the effective time of the merger and once a favorable termination letter has been issued by the IRS as to the termination of the ESOP, such credited Kentucky First Federal Bancorp shares will be distributed to the reporting person.
