- [F1]Common stock disposed of pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of June 30, 2015, by and among ACE Limited ("ACE"), William Investment Holdings Corporation and The Chubb Corporation ("Merger Agreement"), in exchange for $62.93 per share in cash and 0.6019 shares of ACE stock per share.
- [F2]Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, stock options are assumed by ACE and converted into stock options relating to the number of ACE common shares determined in accordance with the adjustment mechanism set forth in the Merger Agreement. Stock options are granted in tandem with tax withholding rights.
