- [F1]On February 23, 2009, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase a target number of shares of common stock, exercisable at fair market value on the date of grant. Vesting of the option was subject to the level of satisfaction of performance criteria for 2009. On January 18, 2010, the Board of Directors determined the level of satisfaction of the 2009 performance criteria, resulting in vesting of the option as to the reported number of shares. No further vesting of the option will occur.
