- [F2]These shares and warrants were received by Crystal Lakes, L.P ("Crystal Lakes") in exchange for 59,433.68 shares of Rapor, Inc. common stock in connection with the Merger. The Reporting Person is a principal partner of Crystal Lakes and as such may be deemed to beneficially own those securities owned by Crystal Lakes. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of those securities owned by Crystal Lakes except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person owns these securities for purposes of Secton 16.
