(HCVVI) and 1,758,795 of these securities are owned by HCVII. The Reporting Person is a general partner of each of HealthCare Partners V, L.P. (HCPV), HealthCare Partners VI, L.P. (HCPVI) and HCPVII, the general partners of each of HCVV, HCVVI and HCVII, respectively. ALSO INCLUDES 28,550 shares which are directly owned by the Reporting Person and 13,523 shares which are held by the Werner Family Investment Limited Partnership (WFILP). The Reporting Person is the General Partner of the WFILP.
