All these plans comply with Rule 16b-3. These options were granted between February 25, 2000 and February 21, 2008 at exercise prices ranging from $3.55 to $11.00, become or became exercisable between February 25, 2001 and February 21, 2011, and will expire between February 25, 2010 and February 21, 2018. The total number of options set forth in column No. 9 reflects the expiration of options to purchase 1,000 Class A Common Shares granted to the reporting person on February 25, 1999, which options expired on February 25, 2009.
