- [F1]In a Form 4 filed on March 4, 2009, the reporting person reported acquiring an option to purchase 1,000,000 shares of common stock of RadioShack Corporation (?RadioShack?) under the 2001 Plan. That option actually only provides the right to purchase 500,000 shares. Accordingly, the reporting person is filing this amendment to report that on March 2, 2009, he acquired only an option to purchase 500,000 shares of common stock of RadioShack under the 2001 Plan. An option to purchase an additional 500,000 shares of common stock under the proposed RadioShack Corporation 2009 Incentive Stock Plan (the ?2009 Plan?) was granted to the reporting person on March 2, 2009, but that option is subject to approval of the 2009 Plan at the 2009 Annual Meeting of RadioShack shareholders.
