(the "Company") from an affiliated trust, the Lola Brown Trust No. 1B (the "Trust"). The Trust distributed the Shares to the Reporting Person at the request of Susan L. Ciciora, who is a discretionary beneficiary of the Trust and the grantor of the SLCT.
- [F2]The trustee of the SLCT is Peak Trust Company-AK, which may be deemed to control the SLCT. As a result of his advisory role with the SLCT, Stewart R. Horejsi may be deemed to have indirect beneficial ownership of the Shares directly beneficially owned by the SLCT. However, Mr. Horejsi disclaims such beneficial ownership of the Shares directly beneficially held by the SLCT.
