Pursuant to the REIT conversion, Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. became the successor of Owens Mortgage Investment Fund. Mr. Navone is a director and officer of Owens Financial Group, Inc., the general partner of Owens Mortgage Investment Fund prior to the REIT conversion. Owens Financial Group, Inc. will serve as manager of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. after the REIT conversion.
