Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 7, 2018, Ms. Chang Wang, the Registrant’s director resigned her position as a member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Wang communicated to the Registrant that her decision to resign her position with the Registrant was not caused by a disagreement with the Registrant, known to an executive officer of the Registrant, as defined in 17 CFR 240.3b-7, on any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
