Item 8.01 – Other Events

On June 24, 2019, the Company filed with Nevada Secretary of State an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation changing the Company’s name from “Onassis Mining Group, Inc.” to Onassis Holdings Corp.” On December 19, 2019, FINRA approved the Company’s Company Action Notification Form for the name change.
