- [F2]There were two convertible notes previously existing. Both entered into during October of 2002. Both had one year maturities and converted into common stock at $3.25/share. In exchange for an extension until June 30 of 2004 on the existing notes 50,000 warrants were issued and the conversion price on the notes was changed from $3.25/share to $2.50/share.
