On February 7, 2007, Aspreva Pharmaceuticals Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 and the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
