- [F1]On September 20, 2004, Moscow CableCom Corp. issued 220,879 shares of its Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, to Moskovskaya Telecommunikationnaya Korporatsiya (COMCOR) in exchange for 2,121 shares of the preferred stock of ZAO Comcor-TV (CCTV), a subsidiary of the issuer. COMCOR had recently acquired these shares of preferred stock in satisfaction of a liability of CCTV to COMCOR of approximately $1,380,000. The issuance of shares was reported on a Form 8-K of the issuer filed on September 20, 2004, which report is incorporated herein by reference. This report is filed to correct the identification of CCTV as a subsidiary of the issuer rather than COMCOR.
