MATERIAL FACT

Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional ("Company") informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on yesterday's date, it sold to Vera Cruz Fundo de Investimentos Financeiro Multimercado Crédito Privado 36,235,837 common shares and 472,200 preferred shares issued by Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais S.A. - Usiminas, at the closing price of August 04, 2025, reducing its stake in Usiminas' share capital, directly and indirectly, to 4.99% of the common shares, 4.99% of the preferred shares issued by Usiminas, or 4.99% of the total share capital.

The Company will keep the market informed of any updates regarding this matter.
