("IESA") unwound the transaction it entered into on June 15, 2004 (the "Transaction") with Nexgen Capital Limited ("Nexgen") as disclosed on IESA's form 4 filed on June 17, 2004. CUSH and Nexgen have elected to unwind the Transaction in a manner than has resulted in the sale of 8,947,885 shares by Nexgen for the benefit of CUSH.
