Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

(b) On June 12, 2006, Jim Klescewski resigned as our Chief Financial Officer effective June 29, 2006. Mr. Klescewski resigned for personal reasons. JCM has not appointed a new Chief Financial Officer to replace Mr. Klescewski at this time. Until then, Gayle Ing, JCM’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will assume the duties and responsibilities of the principal financial officer.
