(the “Company”) issued a news release announcing its fourth-quarter and full year 2025 results and posted its earnings supplement to the investor section of the Company’s website at www.wexinc.com. A copy of the release and supplement are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 and are incorporated by reference herein in their entirety.
