Vancouver, British Columbia (June 2, 2006) - American Media Systems Co. (OTCBB: AMSY) announces that following the sale of Craft College Inc. as disclosed on May 31, 2006, Ms. Castillo has elected to resign as a Director of American Media Systems Co. and has consented to act as a Director and Officer with Craft College Inc. This resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with us.
