Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On May 14, 2005, Elie Barr was appointed a director of the Corporation by the board of directors, as a representative of Star Ventures, one of the main Shareholders of Celletra Ltd. that was acquired by Unity Wireless Corp. in 2007, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Ran Shahor previously reported.
