On August 6, 2025, TrueCar, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025. The full text of the stockholder letter issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
