- [F1]On July 11, 2006, NTS Realty Holdings Limited Partnership (the "Company") purchased 2,000 of its limited partnership units ("Units") at $7.00 per Unit and 1,000 Units at $7.10 per Unit. The board of directors of the Company's managing general partner approved the grant of 1,000 Units to each of the directors that qualify as independent under the regulations promulgated by the American Stock Exchange as compensation for their service on the board. The Company used the Units it purchased on July 11, 2006 to satisfy such grants on July 18, 2006.
