On February 19, 2026, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the "Bank") issued a press release reporting unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the press release.
