Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (collectively, “CODI”) reported that ~~CODI~~Fox ~~will~~Factory ~~make~~Holding Corp. (“Fox”) closed on a ~~cash~~secondary ~~distribution~~public offering of $02,500,000 shares of Fox common stock held by CODI.36 ~~per~~Concurrently ~~share~~with ~~for~~the closing of the ~~fourth~~offering, ~~quarter~~Fox repurchased 500,000 shares of ~~2014~~Fox common stock held by CODI. ~~The~~Taking ~~distribution~~into isaccount ~~payable~~both onthe ~~January~~secondary 29public offering and the repurchase by FOX, ~~2015~~CODI tosold ~~shareholders~~a total of ~~record~~3,000,000 onshares ~~the~~of ~~close~~Fox common stock, with total net proceeds of ~~business~~approximately on$47.7 ~~January~~million. 22Upon completion of the offering and the repurchase by Fox, ~~2015~~CODI’s ownership in Fox was reduced from approximately 41% to 33%.
