~~Compass~~On ~~Group~~June 15, 2016, Compass Diversified Holdings ~~LLC~~ and Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (NYSE: CODI) (collectively, “CODI”) ~~reported~~posted ~~that~~historical ~~Fox~~condensed ~~Factory~~income ~~Holding~~statement ~~Corp.~~and ~~(“Fox”)~~balance ~~closed~~sheet ondata asince ~~secondary public offering of 2,500,000 shares of Fox common stock held by CODI. Concurrently with~~ the ~~closing~~date of ~~the offering, Fox repurchased 500,000 shares of Fox common stock held by~~ CODI.’s ~~Taking~~initial ~~into account both the secondary~~ public offering, ~~and the repurchase~~ by ~~FOX~~subsidiary, ~~CODI~~on ~~sold~~the ainvestor ~~total~~relations ofpage ~~3,000,000 shares~~ of ~~Fox common stock, with total net proceeds of approximately $47.7 million.
