On September 9, 2016 the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Amended Order Confirming The Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan Of Reorganization Of SandRidge Energy, Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates (the "Plan").
- [F2](Continued from Footnote 1) On October 4, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), the Plan became effective pursuant to its terms and the Debtors emerged from the chapter 11 cases. On the Effective Date, all outstanding shares of SandRidge Energy, Inc. old common stock were cancelled and extinguished. The Class A Common Stock is an issue of capital stock created as of the Effective Date and represents an ownership interest in SandRidge Energy, Inc. subsequent to the Effective Date.
