Evans, in the aggregate amount of $120,000.00 which was converted into these shares. Dr. Evans agreed to forgive all interest on the promissory note in connection with this transaction. As a result of this transaction, the promissory note has been repaid in full satisfaction of CIL's obligation thereunder.
