Item 8.01. Other Events

On March 14, 2024, pursuant to a Current Report on Form 8-K filled by South 8 Energy, LLC (the “Company”), the Company announced that its Board of Governors (the “Board”) voluntarily decided to suspend trading of the Company’s Class A Membership Units on the qualified matching service operated by FNC Ag Stock LLC in connection with its conducting due diligence on a potential transaction.

Effective as of March 18, 2025, the Board has re-opened trading of the Company’s Class A Membership Units on the qualified matching service operated by FNC Ag Stock LLC.
