The PSUs were scheduled to vest only if and to the extent that certain performance objectives (3-year growth in fully diluted book value per share ("BVPS") and operating return on equity ("ROE") met or exceeded specified targets. The performance objectives relating to ROE were achieved at maximum. The performance objectives relating to BVPS did not meet threshold, and no PSUs vested in respect of that portion of the award.
