Item 1.01: Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On July 13, 2015, Vibe Ventures changed their interest structure on their $200,000.00 Line of Credit from a financial company to 0% annually.

Previously, Vibe Ventures had a $200,000.00 equity secured Line of Credit at 7% APR compounded semi-annually on any advances outstanding. This has since changed to 0% APR compounded on an annual basis.
