On July 30, 2025, Employers Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and financial supplement announcing results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On July 30, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on August 27, 2025 to stockholders of record as of August 13, 2025.
