Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive one share of Common Stock. 25% of the Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") vested on the Grant Date, March 20, 2018. The remaining RSUs shall vest ratably on the first three anniversaries of February 21, 2018, subject to Mr. Hurliman's continued service through the applicable vesting date. Settlement of the RSUs will be at the earliest of: (i) Mr. Hurliman's separation from service or (ii) a change in control event.
