- [F2]On January 31, 1998, the reporting person acquired 59.07 units of Kenmar Global Trust ("KGT"). Effective December 1, 2010, KGT contributed all of its assets into the Issuer, and the board of directors of the Issuer voted to dissolve KGT effective as of December 31, 2010. All investors in KGT who elected not to redeem their units as of December 31, 2010 received a pro rata distribution of their interest in KGT on December 31, 2010, and received replacement units in the Issuer on January 1, 2011. Therefore, as of January 1, 2011, the reporting person directly owned 59.07 units of the Issuer.
- [F3]On June 30, 2007, the reporting person acquired an indirect ownership of 38.33 units of KGT. Effective December 1, 2010, KGT contributed all of its assets into the Issuer, and the board of directors of the Issuer voted to dissolve KGT effective as of December 31, 2010. All investors in KGT who elected not to redeem their units as of December 31, 2010 received a pro rata distribution of their interest in KGT on December 31, 2010, and received replacement units in the Issuer on January 1, 2011. Therefore, as of January 1, 2011, the reporting person indirectly owned 38.33 units of the Issuer.
