Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On November 30, 2015, Fuelstream, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an agreement with Pak Africa Trade Zone (Pty) Limited, the operator of Skywise Airline in South Africa, to be its exclusive provider of aviation fuel for a 2-year period commencing on the 25th of November 2015.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 30, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has signed an agreement with Pak Africa Trade Zone (Pty) Limited, as described in Item 1.01 above. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
